Buck’s Stove and Range Company moved to Chicago from South Central Indiana during the Bluegrass craze of the 1970s and quickly became one of the top bands on the circuit, performing regularly at the Clearwater Saloon on Lincoln Avenue among other venues. Members included the then husband and wife team of Roger and Denise Banister, Charlie Brown, and Brad Hevron.
